Rental and purchase of databases

Our core business. For postal and e-mailings.

We are constantly looking for new address lists to meet the increasingly targeted demand from our customers.

Most of our business involves rental of databases, i.e. one-off use of addresses rather than purchase.

In the event of a purchase, the address list becomes the property of the customer, but this involves regular updating of the addresses so that the database does not become obsolete over time.

There are hundreds of address lists on the Belgian market, which is made up as follows:

B2C

Mass files: these are databases covering 90% of the population, indicating socio-demographic criteria. These are known as "cold" databases, because these people have not responded to a direct marketing offer.
Lifestyle databases:  These databases are composed of persons who have responded to questionnaires of the "Select Post" type, where we have a good picture of their lifestyle.
Behavioural databases: Databases of persons whose behaviour is known, as a subscriber to a particular magazine or newspaper, exhibition visitor, customer of a distance selling firm …

B2B

Multiple selections are possible, based on business activity, turnover, number of employees, the decision-maker…

There are also more behavioural files, such as subscribers to business magazines, buyers of certain brands of office equipment…

E-mail campaigns do have some specific characteristics:

Most of the time, it is the owner of the e-mail DB who sends out the e-mailing. Standard HTML material is supplied to them, together with the subject lines. BAT tests are then sent for validation. A full report is sent after the campaign, summarizing the number of e-mails that were delivered, which were opened and the number of clicks on the various links.
